(Not Involving New Loans)
If you are the property Owner, and received a letter from your lender requesting an annual renewal certificate for an existing property that does not involve a new loan, please forward a copy of that letter to CS@iCerts.com for instructions to place your order. This can be a scanned copy or a picture taken using your smart phone. To expedite your request, this document should be less than 1mb in size.
